Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and troubleshoot Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in commercial and industrial environments
- Run, terminate, and label coaxial and fiber optic cabling
- Install DAS components including antennas, amplifiers, splitters, and head-end equipment
- Perform RF signal testing and optimization using appropriate testing tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, RF designs, and system layouts
- Support installation of related low voltage systems including structured cabling as needed
- Work safely on ladders and lifts (must be comfortable with heights)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety protocols
Requirements:
- 2+ years of DAS, wireless, or low voltage installation experience
- Experience with coax, fiber, and RF equipment installation preferred
- Knowledge of cellular networks and RF fundamentals is a plus
- BICSI, OSHA, and lift certifications are a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and system designs
- Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the region as needed
