Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Acute Care - $40-53 per hour

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Acute Care Nursing position located in North Kansas City, Missouri. Ongoing staff role, full‑time days (7am‑7pm). Compensation $39.66 to $53.40 per hour based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit. Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Exercise competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients/families. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License. BLS certification required at hire. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical experience.
