As a nurse in our community, you will play an essential role in a compassionate team focused on enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carefully monitoring patients throughout their treatment, creating a comforting environment.
- Conducting routine assessments of patients' vital signs with a gentle approach, prioritizing their comfort.
- Assisting patients in adhering to their medication schedules, building trust and reliability.
- Collaborating effectively with RNs and other healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive healthcare setting.
- Building strong relationships with patients' families, serving as a liaison to ensure open communication and support.
- Possession of an unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
