Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a company that builds and services carwashes as a Picker/Packer in our distribution center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the picking and packing of parts.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts in accordance with SKU numbers.

• Engage in picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counts.

• Repackage parts and return them to the warehouse.

• Pay close attention to detail to ensure the correct parts are pulled and stored.

• Receive products, use an RF scanner, and handle putaway tasks.

• Receive training to operate a stand-up forklift if not already experienced.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packing, order picking, and packaging.

• Skills in material handling, shipping, and receiving.

• Proficiency in using an RF scanner.

• Experience in loading and unloading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate-controlled yet very clean and organized warehouse. You will be part of a smaller team, currently consisting of around 20-25 individuals, with plans to expand to 35. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexible start and end times ranging from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 6 p.m.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
