Exciting role open with our Meritain Pharmacy Solutions team! Do you like to engage with patients, helping them to navigate this complex healthcare world? Do you enjoy helping members get a fair price for their high-cost medications? Do you enjoy helping members get as low of a cost for their medications, with the use of copay/financial assistance? Are you detail oriented? Are you comfortable corresponding with provider offices on patient medication inquiries? We are looking for a member appeal coordinator . The candidate must be a highly trained, certified pharmacy technician that has multiple years of experience within retail pharmacy, but also enjoys helping patients gain access to medications at the lowest cost possible. Required Qualifications:
2+ years Certified Pharm Tech experience in a pharmacy setting
Member Centric mentality
Cost assistance experience
Comfortable speaking to patients and providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail Pharmacy experience within a managed care or pharmacy insurance billing
Education:
PTCB Certificate preferred
High school diploma or GED

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
