RBT certification required prior to working. Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Need to Know Services provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations. All positions start part‑time. Candidates must be willing to commit to a 6‑month term. Desired Experience Education or early childhood development. Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. After‑school programs or camp counseling. Behavioral health, mental health, or social services. ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with autism.
