STUDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually Summary The Student Services Coordinator supports Bridgeway’s mission by coordinating student admissions, enrollment, and compliance processes. This position serves as a key liaison among prospective and current families, Academy leadership, staff, and state agencies to help ensure each student’s enrollment experience is organized, compliant, responsive, and compassionate. Essential Functions/Primary Job Responsibilities :

1. Admissions, Enrollment & Family Support - serve as a first point of contact for prospective and current families regarding admissions and enrollment process along with coordinating student admissions, enrollment, placements and renewals in collaboration with Academy Directors.
2. Medication Administration, Tracking & Compliance - Administer and/or oversee the adminitration of student medicaitons in accordance with individual care plans, maintaining and updating accurate medication records.
3. Student Records, Data Management & Regulatory Compliance - Support compliance with Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), Autism Scholarship, Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship, and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)/Department of Children and Youth (DCY) requirements applicable to the role
4. Collaboration, Communication & Customer Service- Partner with CEOs, Academy Program Directors, managers, teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to support student placements and compliance requirements.
5. Organization, Problem Solving & Operational Support- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities while remaining organized, calm, and solution-oriented.

Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in student services, school administration, admissions/enrollment, compliance, healthcare administration, or a related administrative function. Experience maintaining confidential records and managing documentation subject to regulatory requirements. Strong proficiency with electronic recordkeeping, database systems, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office. Experience with student information systems (e.g., FACTS, PowerSchool, or similar) and database management. This is a full-time exempt position. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for tours, enrollment activities, or other job duties as needed.
