About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for driving Causaly’s ongoing revenue success. You will play a crucial role in creating demand and converting into pipeline within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, and identifying new opportunities to expand our global customer base.What you will do:Develop and manage Demand Generation campaigns, using a wide range of channels and strategies (paid advertising, events, email marketing, webinars, content acquisition, etc.)Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROIUtilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on campaign and channel performanceLead marketing technology adoption that will enable the team to meet its goalsTeam with the broader marketing team, GTM team and product team to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve planned goals and scale reachConduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth What is needed to succeed:5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaSDemonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions.Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and analytics software, to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.We are on a mission to accelerate scientific breakthroughs for ALL humankind, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
