In the Emergency Department, the Nurse Director of Emergency Services will guide operations across triage, rapid assessment, fast-track, and trauma bays within a dynamic service line anchored by a 600+ bed hospital and a proud tradition of community-focused care. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director of Emergency Services will be supported by experienced nurse managers, educators, charge nurses, and a multidisciplinary team. As the ER Director, responsibilities span strategic planning, staffing and budgeting, talent development, quality and safety programs, infection prevention, sepsis and stroke initiatives, disaster preparedness, patient flow and capacity management, and partnership with physicians and APPs to advance protocols and clinical decision support.
