Primary Care Nurse: Triage, Vaccines & In-Clinic Care

Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas Inc is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the clinical care team. The role includes in-office nursing care, triage, immunization administration, and assisting with procedures within the clinic setting. The RN will oversee intake of new patients, perform discharge summaries, medication reviews and support continuity of care.
