About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system Description: Unit details and scheduling will be discussed during the interview. Call is required, typically one weekday every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. Floating may occur within the facility/scope of practice as needed. The candidate will undergo a clinical review to determine fit. The candidate must be compliant with all requirements to start on time. If not compliant, there will be a push back of 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. If a major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work. Compliance documents must be completed within the specified timeframe. All time off requests must be finalized at the time of submission. No requests can be made post-offer or onsite. Management reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to support unit needs. The role requires working with adult and geriatric patient age groups. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and interpretation services. The unit accommodates a variety of procedures, and staff may need to switch days as needed. Agency requests for time off and holiday requests are subject to specific guidelines. Please ensure timely submission of all required documents to meet compliance deadlines.
