Example of Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Care: Assume daily responsibility and accountability for the physical care of assigned residents.
• Technical Skills: Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department's policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments.
• Communication: Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons, and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies.
• Supportive Environment: Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: - None.

Licensure/Certifications: - Certification or Registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide in the state of West Virginia.

Experience: - None.

About the Organization

This is for our William R. Sharpe location in Weston, West Virginia. This position is cross-posted as a Health Service Worker.
