Shape meaningful educational experiences by supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities as a Physical Therapist. You'll work across multiple sites, engaging with a variety of students and collaborating with education teams to promote student success and physical development.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
• Knowledge of therapy protocols for students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations during the workweek
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and a compassionate, student-focused approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct itinerant physical therapy services for students ages PK-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Assess motor skills, functional mobility, and recommend appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy activities, progress notes, and reports
• Serve as a resource to school teams regarding adaptive equipment and accessible environments
• Regularly travel between multiple sites as assigned (16 hours/week)
