Outbound Inside Sales Account Executive

What We Need We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to spark new business and build meaningful client relationships. In this role, you’ll connect with partners nationwide and showcase advertising solutions across mobile, digital, radio, events, and more, helping brands tap into the full power of our platform. What You’ll Do Maintain strong focus and productivity in a high‑energy, fast‑paced team‑driven sales environment. Leverage media sales experience to creatively prospect, grow new accounts, and drive revenue through a consultative approach. Manage a full sales funnel, meeting daily activity expectations (50+ contacts) and consistently achieving activity, sales, and revenue targets. Provide strategic, consultative guidance on advertising solutions and budget allocation based on client goals, needs, and KPIs. Deliver an outstanding client experience through professional communication, exceptional phone etiquette, and timely follow‑up throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate effectively across teams while using industry‑leading CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage pipeline and activity. Retain and renew business through proactive engagement and strong relationship management. Bring a competitive, optimistic, and resilient mindset that thrives in a metrics‑driven, tech‑savvy sales organization. What You’ll Need Strong consultative selling skills and ability to identify client needs and KPIs. Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales intelligence technology. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams. Compensation and Benefits Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
