Job Requirements

• Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician with at least 1 year of clinical experience
• Active Mississippi medical license, or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), where applicable
• Experience in internal medicine, adult medicine, and cardiology-related patient care preferred
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to quality care, accurate documentation, and efficient patient management

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality internal medicine coverage in clinic and hospital-based settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Support cardiology clinic operations and collaborate with the care team to maintain smooth patient flow
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the medical record
• Respond to clinical needs while maintaining a professional, patient-centered approach
