Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Orthopaedic Adult Joint Reconstruction Surgeon located in Hermitage, TN. The role involves performing orthopedic surgical procedures with a focus on adult joint reconstruction, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide advanced patient care. Administrative duties, consultation with patients, and coordination of non-surgical options for recovery are also part of day-to-day responsibilities. 

Responsibilites

• Perform primary and revision total/ partial joint arthroplasty
• Develop patient-specific surgical plans
• Collaborate with the in-house physical therapy team for optimized outcomes
• Engage in community and referral outreach initiatives
• Maintain excellence in surgical quality metrics
• Maintain high standards of documentation and patient communication
• Participate in the clinic

Qualifications

• Expertise in Orthopedic Surgery, with a focus on joint replacement and other orthopedic procedures
• Strong foundation in general Medicine with excellent diagnostic and patient care skillsl
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Tennessee
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care
• Strong interest in practice growth and innovation
