Overview As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you help homeowners protect their homes with our award‑winning termite and pest services. You receive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive pay package with first‑year earnings potential of $80K . Responsibilities You’ll conduct thorough 360‑degree home inspections and recommend Orkin’s pest protection solutions. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver, recommending the best innovative pest solution based on training. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and following assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services. Inspect interior and exterior of homes; use training to identify problems. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, answering questions and setting expectations. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients. Physical Requirements Safely use a ladder within weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wear PPE, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when necessary. Work in various weather conditions.
