Business Analyst – Corporate Online Banking Seeking a Business Analyst to support the Corporate Online Banking platform for a major Japanese financial institution. In this client-facing role, you will work on-site with the banking client, collaborating with business users, internal stakeholders, and offshore teams to coordinate system enhancements, product releases, and operational improvements. This position is ideal for professionals with an IT or systems background who enjoy bridging business and technology. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the release of new features for the Corporate Online Banking platform. Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for system enhancements and product improvements. Coordinate user interface updates to improve usability and customer experience. Monitor system usage and recommend operational improvements and optimizations. Collaborate with business users, internal stakeholders, and offshore development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support system operations, maintenance, testing, and post-release activities to ensure smooth implementation. Assist with project coordination by tracking project status, timelines, and deliverables. Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in the office Location New York, NY Salary & Benefits Up to $90,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package (details will be provided during the interview process) Holidays To be determined based on company policy. Qualifications Language Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills are required. Experience Professional experience in IT, system development, or related technical environments. Experience with system operations, maintenance, or application support. Solid understanding of backend systems and system architecture (hands‑on development experience is not required). Experience in System Integration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles is highly preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
