A well-established, respected organization in Gates Mills is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join its Business Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative, professional team.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and vendor invoices
- Maintain vendor records and purchase orders
- Reconcile invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end accounting activities
- Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
