Wisconsin medical center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their established team. They offer onsite audiology, speech, and language pathology support. Practice details include:

• Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice
• Well-established referral base
• Collegial environment with OR team
• Call coverage is 1:3
• Clinic and hospital attached
• Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $150K retention incentive after 4 years
• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
• Some outreach required
