Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout all life stages, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or in possession of) an active Washington medical license.
• Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
