Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Licensed (or eligible) for SLP practice in Maryland
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and related documentation
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive school environment
