It involves 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 pm‑7:30 am), every 3rd weekend, and holiday rotation. Responsibilities The role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient‑and family‑centered care, including education, safety, and care planning. It requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs. Qualifications Preferred candidates have 1 year of RN experience in ED or pediatric acute care, with a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience being ideal.
