Shift Leader Responsibilities Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set morale and tone, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean environment.
