What You'll Bring
- Strong payroll expertise and the ability to serve as the organization's payroll subject matter expert
- Experience with Paylocity or a comparable HRIS platform
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, taxes, and reporting
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership and employees
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll accurately and on time
- Manage payroll compliance, deductions, taxes, and reporting requirements
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Partner with HR and leadership to support organizational initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
