Our teammates’ diverse backgrounds and experience are valuable assets in our mission to help patients build better lives in recovery.Some Responsibilities includeEvaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settingsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessmentComplete medical documentation per Crossroads standardsCollaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community servicesWill perform injections.Schedule & LocationsWe are growing in the Clarion area.
