Senior Software Developer – Contact Center We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead and own development for our Contact Center platforms , with a primary focus on outbound dialer capabilities and the custom programs that power them. In this role, you will design, build, and sustain the application and service layer connecting dialer platforms with Western & Southern domain services, enabling scalable, intelligent outbound engagement and campaign execution. This is a high‑impact role with end‑to‑end ownership across the full lifecycle from design and development to ongoing support, optimization, and future enhancements. Responsibilities Own development and ongoing evolution of Contact Center applications , including outbound dialer programs and the supporting application/integration services Design and build APIs and integration services connecting dialer platforms with W&S domain services (customer data, policy systems, lead sources, and servicing platforms) Develop and maintain the custom application layer that powers outbound dialing, including lead ingestion, segmentation, workflow orchestration, and results processing Ensure seamless data flow between enterprise systems and dialer platforms across real-time and batch processes Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for dialer and contact center solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes and optimizations Partner with business and operations teams to deliver new capabilities aligned to evolving outbound engagement strategies Act as a technical lead and domain owner, guiding design decisions and development standards Drive end‑to‑end delivery, from architecture and development through deployment and post‑production support Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and operational excellence Continuously evaluate and modernize the platform using emerging technologies and integration patterns Qualifications Strong experience in enterprise software development and system integration Proven ownership of mission‑critical applications across their full lifecycle Experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations Experience working in production environments, including troubleshooting and performance optimization Understanding of contact center technologies, dialers, or telephony platforms (preferred) Ability to design solutions that integrate across multiple enterprise systems and data sources Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical direction Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with outbound dialer platforms and enterprise contact center environments Familiarity with event‑driven architecture, messaging systems, or real‑time integrations Cloud experience (AWS preferred) Background in insurance, financial services, or customer engagement platforms Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) savings plan with pension options.
