Global CDMO Compliance Officer (Full-time, In-House, Onsite – North Carolina)Latitude is partnering with a global life sciences company to identify an experienced Global CDMO Compliance Officer to lead its enterprise-wide compliance function. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional with at least 10 years of experience in the medtech or pharmaceutical industry who is ready to shape and drive a global compliance strategy.Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for building, integrating, and overseeing a comprehensive global compliance program. The ideal candidate is a strategic advisor who can operate at both executive and operational levels, proactively guiding business initiatives while ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. This is an onsite position based in North Carolina (relocation support available).Key Responsibilities of Global CDMO Compliance Officer (Full-time, In-House, Onsite – North Carolina)Advise executive leadership and business stakeholders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and regulatory requirements, positioning compliance as a proactive and integral part of the company’s growthOversee global compliance operations, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, antitrust, AML, data privacy) and corporate policiesLead and execute the global compliance strategy, integrating U.S. and European programs into a unified programDevelop, implement, enhance and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controlsConduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and report key compliance risks and metrics to senior leadershipLead internal investigations and ensure timely, consistent and appropriate resolution in partnership with Legal and HRBuild and promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance through training, communication, and leadership engagementEstablish auditing, monitoring, and third-party risk management programs to assess effectiveness and ensure adherenceSupport M&A activities, including compliance due diligence and post-acquisition integrationLead, mentor, and develop an effective global compliance teamBasic Requirements of Global CDMO Compliance Officer (Full-time, In-House, Onsite – North Carolina)10+ years of compliance experience, including:5+ years within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry5+ years in a senior compliance leadership roleDemonstrated experience in global, matrixed organizations, proficient at collaborating across business functions, and performing roles independently with minimal directionStrong knowledge of OIG Compliance Program Guidance and U.S. Sentencing GuidelinesExperience designing and implementing global compliance programs, policies, and controlsExceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skillsStrategic, analytical thinker with experience advising executive stakeholdersTrack record of driving compliance culture and program effectiveness in a global environmentBachelor’s degree required; legal background preferredPosition Details of Global CDMO Compliance Officer (Full-time, In-House, Onsite – North Carolina)Role Type: Full-time permanent positionLocation: Onsite in North Carolina (relocation support available)Travel: International travel periodicallyCompensation:Pay: The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $240,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
