Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide you'll improve the quality of life for patients in a variety of circumstances. You'll visit your patients in their homes - a place that's typically most comfortable for them. HHAs help patients who are working on physical rehabilitation by helping them bathe, perform personal cares (including toileting and incontinence needs), dressing changes, mild exercises, and light housekeeping when necessary. This work will help provide a healthy safe environment for healing. You'll also visit hospice patients and help them approach end of life with dignity and comfort. This Home Health Aide position will primarily serve patients in the St. Cloud and surrounding areas.

Schedule: Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks

Various days Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Every 7th weekend and every 7th holiday

Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $17.75 per hour and increases with experience

Pay range: $16.36 - $24.56 per hour

Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts!

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minnesota drivers license in good standing
  • Minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required by CentraCare
  • Home Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferred
