Core Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM. No weekends, No holidays, No call./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPrepare preoperative packets for patients, provide education at clinic visits before surgery, and place preoperative orders/liliPhone triage/liliAssist with clinic flow orders, in-office procedures, ex: injections/aspirations) and rooming patients/liliLearn surgery scheduling process/liliComplete FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork/liliAssist with prior authorizations for surgeries/procedures/liliCollaborate with Pre-Services department, PAT clinic, OR staff, and Physicians/li/ulpAre you ready for the most challenging and meaningful work of your life?/ppApply teamwork. And together we can change everything./pulliRequires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred./liliRequires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license./liliRequires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience.
