Operations Support Lead

Provide employees with tools needed to assist clients, including equipment, system access, and skilling Remediate system issues Perform reporting and analysis to identify risks and trends Assist with process and procedure updates aligned with business changes Manage expenses through device recovery, equipment management, and virtual assistant reinforcement Partner with operations leaders on site support, including desk assignments, move assistance, desk audits, and equipment provisioning Execute records retention activities Requirements Must have Credit Assistance Skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Adept at handling diverse responsibilities Detail oriented Critical thinker with natural curiosity Self-starter requiring little supervision Skilled at working in a team environment with individual accountability Flexible schedule to meet business needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform physical activity carrying and setting up equipment Ability to be onsite in the office to physically assist with issue remediation and equipment provisioning Familiarity with UCRS Prior business support or operations experience Strong influencing skills Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Available for 2nd shift hours: Monday–Friday, 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET, plus one Saturday (8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) once per quarter Ability to work 40 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates strong Credit Assistance Skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing effective support for operations and business processes.
