Recruiter Associate Program Compensation: $50,000 / yr starting salary (paid as $24.04 /hr for the 3 month training portion). Benefits are available to you if you elect to join the program, first of the month following 28 days of employment (e.g., start 10/11, eligible 12/1). Bonus Program:

• 50 one‑time bonus for each placement for placements 1-5
• 75 one‑time bonus for each placement for placements 6-10
• 100 one‑time bonus for each placement for placements over 10
• 250 one‑time bonus for any FTH/Perm placement (payable upon satisfaction of placement guarantee period)

Expectations 50+ outgoing calls per day 5+ candidate submittals to recruiters per day 75% submittal to interview ratio (an interview means when a recruiter calls the candidate you submitted) Responsibilities Source and screen top talent using industry‑leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources Negotiate pay rates Learn from the best recruiters in the industry on how to be successful quickly Qualifications Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission‑oriented/money motivated with a strong desire to succeed Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr UW Credit Union
