Responsibilities of the back-of-house team members:

A Chick-fil-A kitchen preparation position involves preparing food ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring food safety. This includes washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning products, along with kitchen station storage and inventory management.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be well-informed of duties for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, deli, and food preparation
• Store kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Management
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other assigned duties
