RN - ICU

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing and be committed to delivering exceptional treatment to patients in need.

Position Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Holiday Requirement: As needed, with an expectation to assist
• Floating Requirements:
  • 2 East Intermediate Care
  • 2 North Medical
  • 3 West Post-Surgical
  • 3 North Overflow Medical and Negative Air Flow Unit

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU RN experience in a large facility, with a focus on critical care.
• Preferred experience in ICU and Med/Surg nursing.
• Experience with ventilators and titration drips is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas or Compact RN license.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - in hand.

Client Specific Notes

• Special Audit Notes:
  • Two-step TB test or blood draw within the past 12 months is required.
  • Immunization records or titers for Hepatitis B, Varicella, and MMR must be up to date or completed within the last 12 months.
  • TDAP vaccination is required.

Credentials Due

All credentials must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the start date.

Employees will clock in and out at the facility using a mobile app.
