We have a high-volume family-owned Body Shop with almost 50 years in the business & offer the BEST PAY PLAN ON LONG ISLAND! This is a RARE opportunity.
The right candidate must have large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience. Current certifications and licenses a big plus. Reynolds computer experience also a plus. Super Opportunity with an excellent compensation package. Pay range based on performance previous experience and skill level.

Responsibilities include;
- The overall efficiency profitability and reputation of our auto body shop operations
- Develop business through insurance adjusters customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume
- Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
- Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop
- Understands keeps abreast of and comply with state federal and local regulations that effects body shop operations
- Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills
