The client seeks a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and advance the organization’s commitment to its employees while supporting its mission. In this pivotal role, the Director serves as the chief human resources leader and trusted advisor on a broad range of workforce matters, working to strengthen the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The Director will oversee comprehensive human resources operations across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, compensation and classification, benefits administration, talent acquisition, policy development, training and development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the position emphasizes relationship-building, sound judgment, and service-oriented leadership in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
