Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for our Yorktown Elementary location. In this role, you will design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support each child’s academic and social-emotional growth. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, manage daily routines, and assess student progress. The Lead Teacher partners closely with families, mentors support staff, and collaborates with colleagues to enhance curriculum.
