Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Maple Crest Health Center — 2824 North 66th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68104 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Pay: $32.00/hour + credit for experience + shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses Earn $32.00 an hour, with credit for experience, shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses, as a full‑time LPN at Maple Crest Health Center, a 175‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Omaha. Schedule: 6 AM to 6 PM. What You'll Do Provide hands‑on nursing care to residents Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well‑being Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning Implement and evaluate care interventions Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans What You'll Need Required: Active NE LPN license Graduate of an accredited LPN program Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English Preferred: Long‑term care experience – new grads welcome!
