DELTA UTILITIES SERVICES, LLC
Delta Utilities is seeking an experienced Counsel to support the Legal Department with transactional work across commercial agreements, infrastructure development, and real estate matters such as easements and rights-of-way. Working under Senior Counsel, you will review contracts, identify risks, and provide practical guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and business objectives.
