Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an observant, strong attention to detail, analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager. You will also be working closely with management and staff to help ensure compliance with any and all state, federal, and company regulations.
