Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Ability to treat adults across the lifespan with orthopedic and post-operative conditions preferred. Client requires flexibility to work across Kenosha North and Midtown locations (split-site assignment). Preferred Qualifications Experience with documented care plans and functional outcome measures in outpatient settings. Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
