We seek a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our mission-driven, faith-based organization in Palestine, TX. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, community well-being, and work life balance through innovative, AI-integrated support systems. Join a collegial team of 6 Family Medicine Physicians and 7 APCs.

Position Highlights:
- Work Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1/2 day of admin time)
- Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Facility: Modern clinic connected to ER, Radiology, & full-service Lab
- Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
- EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
