Anode Research Engineer

Job Description

Ampace (新能安) is a global battery-technology company specializing in lithium-ion cells and systems for energy storage, data centers, and critical power. Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China.

Responsibilities:

\n

1. Lead the technology roadmap and patent strategy for next-generation silicon-anode systems.

\n

2. Collaborate with leading institutions and teams to develop and bring in innovative technologies.

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

1. PhD in materials, chemistry, electrochemistry, or a related field.

\n

2. Strong literature analysis and report writing; solid grasp of Li-ion and Na-ion battery fundamentals.

\n

3. Good coordination and execution, active thinking, and a strong sense of innovation.

\n

岗位职责

\n
1. 负责下一代硅基负极材料及体系的技术路线规划，制定专利布局策略，推动核心技术创新。
\n
2. 与国内外高校、科研院所及行业领先团队开展技术合作，推动前沿技术研发及成果引入与转化。
\n

任职要求

\n

\n
1. 材料、化学、电化学或相关专业博士学历。
\n
2. 具备较强的文献调研、分析及技术报告撰写能力，熟悉锂离子电池、钠离子电池的基础理论及关键技术。
\n
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和执行力，思维活跃，具有较强的创新意识和科研能力。
