Residential HVAC Installer North Chesterfield, VA | Local Service Area $25.00 - $30.00 hourly + Incentives Capital City Comfort Solutions is looking for a Residential HVAC Installer with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on residential installation role for someone who has experience working in customers' homes and understands the fundamentals of quality HVAC installation. You don't need to be a lead, but you should be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks, following installation standards, and continuing to build your skills. What You'll Do Install and replace residential HVAC systems in retrofit and replacement applications Handle equipment installation, system connections, startup, and basic troubleshooting Work with sheet metal, ductwork, low-voltage controls, and other installation components Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers' homes Work effectively with the installation team and communicate any issues that arise Continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and company training What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of professional HVAC installation experience Residential HVAC installation or replacement experience EPA Type II or higher certification Basic understanding of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and system components Ability to work effectively as part of an installation team Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Owns the necessary tools of the trade Ability to safely climb and work from ladders Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 70 lbs.
