What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures assigned post orders and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor entry points common areas stockroom areas parking areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related policies.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee activity and report policy violations suspicious behavior and/or maintenance concerns that could impact daily operations.
• Support store closing and opening activities as assigned assist with crowd and line management during busy periods and provide a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
