At the Cottages Group we utilize acts of service to enhance the diverse lives of others through inclusion, compassion, and respect.Purpose of your job position.The Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing personal care, guidance, and support to male and female clients specific to clients' needs. The Direct Support Professional will perform all their duties in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the location(s) they are working. Direct Support Professional must also follow all policies and procedures that apply to the performance and duties of their job.
