In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with educators and therapists to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across a diverse caseload that spans multiple grade levels. This position offers 30 hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively with K-12th grade students, adapting interventions appropriately
• Proficient in supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and documenting student progress
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students as outlined in treatment plans
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and education staff to implement strategies that support student goals
• Assist with evaluations and contribute input for student progress reports
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and communicate regularly with team members and families
• Support the development of fine motor, sensory-processing, and adaptive skills within classrooms and therapy settings
