Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager. Earn $18.50 per hour. Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm, weekends till 5 pm. Performance‑based bonuses available for Property Managers. Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current on payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris control. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies). Valid driver’s license; own vehicle to travel between locations or for work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available. Public Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
