Summary: Lead the sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners Build sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process Qualifications Solid understanding and familiarity of CI, Marriott's selling platform Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years in the Sales/Event Services environment of Hospitality preferred Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
