Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal ICU team. The unit consists of 60 beds with a patient ratio of 2-3:1. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our most vulnerable patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize equipment such as Philips Monitors for ongoing patient monitoring.
• Document patient care and progress using Meditech & Centricity systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have prior NICU experience.
• Required certifications: Nursing license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• No techs are available in the NICU; candidates should be comfortable working independently.
